Riveting system
The system slips a small part onto a rivet, presses it and checks the resulting joint with the aid of a vision system.
The rivets and the small parts are supplied via vibratory hoppers, spiral pots and subsequent linear conveyors. A Scara robot fills the nests with the rivets on a turntable. A second Scara robot recognizes the separated small parts via a vision system and places them on the previously placed rivets. Now four large riveters create a joint between the rivet and the small part. A vision system checks the quality of the joint. The good parts are transported into shepherd boxes, the bad parts are sorted out.
Machine tool loading
The system loads a machine tool with the help of a collaborative robot.
The operator fills the exchangeable plates outside the plant with workpieces and places them on the plant. A collaborative robot now removes the workpieces in sequence and places them in the fixture of the machine tool.
