The customer is closely involved already in the concept and offer phase in order to work out the possible solutions together. After all, our customers know their product best and know how to use it! Unsafe process steps are identified and later verified in a pre-test.
We are also in regular contact with our customers during the development process and actively involve them in the development.
After approval of the final design by the customer, the plant is assembled and commissioned on our premises. After the commissioning is completed, we accompany the project until the successful implementation and acceptance of the plant at the customer's site. Our customer service consists of exactly the same employees who developed and also built the plant. Thus we can offer our customers the highest possible knowhow and short reaction times.
